Program Overview:
- Format: A unique hybrid learning experience comprising regular online chats via WhatsApp and live virtual master classes.
- Modules: The fellowship spans three modules, each focusing on a key aspect:
- Module 1: Leadership – Unlocking and Telling Your Own Story
- Module 2: Innovation – Developing Skills for the Future World of Work
- Module 3: Employability – Thriving in the Workplace
- Well-being: Emphasis on fostering healthy coping mechanisms and self-care strategies.
- Duration: From March 2024, with assignments and feedback required at the conclusion of each module.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to female engineering, technology, and built environment students.
- Enrolled full-time at a university or university of technology in South Africa, Botswana, or Namibia.
- Second-last to final year undergraduate students or full-time postgraduate students, entering the workplace in 2025 or 2026.
- Ability to commit 7-9 hours per month from March 2024 for program participation.
- Previous WomEng Fellowship alumni are not eligible to apply.
