Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the TotalEnergies Young Talent Trainee Program, you must meet the following requirements:
Qualification:
- Matric Plus
- B/Btech degree in the following Engineering areas: Mechanical/Electrical/Electromechanical and geographically mobile.
- B/Btech degree Finance disciplines /Accounting Technician NQ5 qualification

Skills:
- Work experience of 0-5 years
- Strong academic record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Software Applications (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)

- Collaborate with other departments or functions to solve problems, address challenges, and implement the best solutions

To effectively manage and minimize HSE risk within area of responsibility by ensuring:
- Compliance with all HSE Policies, rules, guidelines, and legal requirements
- Promotion of a safe working environment and positively contributing to the company’s HSE KPIs and risk reduction strategies
That HSE competency requirements are identified & enforced within area of responsibility
