Call For Applications: Teach for Nigeria Fellowship Program 2024
Nigeria is calling on its outstanding university graduates, young professionals, and entrepreneurs to embark on a transformative journey as full-time teachers (Fellows) in under-resourced schools within low-income communities. The fellowship, aimed at addressing educational injustice in Nigeria, welcomes applications from passionate individuals starting February 1, 2024.
Two Fellowship Pathways:
- Young Graduates Pathway:
- Nigerian between 18 and 35 years.
- University graduate with a minimum of 2:2.
- Minimum of 5 O’Level credits in Mathematics and English.
- Completed NYSC by July 2024.
- Existing Teacher Pathway:
- Experienced teachers under SUBEB or TESCOM in Ogun State.
Application Structure: Teach for Nigeria seeks applicants with demonstrated leadership potential. The application process involves writing three essays focusing on leadership experience, motivation, and long-term goals.
