Job Title: Senior Solutions Manager – FSI

Purpose of the Role
- Senior Solutions Manager will be responsible for driving the business for Data Center, Servers, storage and HCI Infrastructure facilities for enterprise market (Banking, Insurance and Consulting Companies.
- He/she will also be responsible for developing and achieving the relationship with SI and channels and must be familiar with UPS and other infrastructures of data center. A broad understanding of competitive offerings across multiple industries is also required.
- The candidate must have extensive experience in working in with IT Products(Servers, Storage and Cloud Computing) in both public and private sector.

Responsibilities
- Work with the Account Managers on the competitive strategy, business plan and action plan for servers, storage and Data Center Solutions sales in the region.
- Act as a technical consultant for customer, provide IT design & planning proposal in the field of servers, storage and Cloud Data Center solution.
- Must be able to manage Cloud Data Center pre-sales activities including but not restraint to SOC preparation for RFI & RFQ & RFP, IT solution design, technical clarification, BOQ discussion & finalization, etc.
- Manage marketing and promotion activities of Huawei Cloud Data Center solutions and able to prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.
- Interact directly with prospective and current customers to effectively promote the solution/product and identify customer requirements.
- Analyze and trace development of the regional telecom market as well as the responsible account, output market strategy and promotion plan.
- Supporting field/customer requests for product support and problem resolution.
Educational background and Experienced Required
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, Engineering or any business related qualification will be an advantage
- At least more than 10 years pre-sales experiences, familiar with Nigeria IT market and main industry such as FSI (Insurance, Banking and Consulting Companies)
- Have deep IT pre-sales technical skills, such as Storage, HCI, Server and cloud computing
- Sales experience and excellent sales performance on Storage, HCI or Server
- More than one year experience in team management is preferred
- Familiar with VMware, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle software technologies and sales experience is preferred;
- DELLEMC, HPE, NetApp, IBM, Hitachi and Lenovo company work experiences is preferred
- Familiar with carrier industry is preferred.
