We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance Support Officer

Location: Bonny, Rivers

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned HSSE accountabilities and participate in investigation of incidents, review findings, implement corrective action, communicate learning, track, and communicate effective closure of actions and to promote goal zero
  • Support the coordination of the short-, medium- and long-term planning and scheduling of maintenance routines for all Non-Plant Area activities using planning tools – MS Project
  • Support reliability analyses and performance monitoring to eliminate bad actors and for continual improvement to improve Asset integrity, reliability, availability, and costumer experience
  • Provide assurance of controlled and auditable technical and engineering changes for the utility equipment as well as conduct Hardware Barrier Assessments (HBA).
  • Ensures that all new and or rehabilitated/upgraded assets are delivered ready to be operated seamlessly and maintained (with asset registration completed, equipment care strategies, spare parts and documentations loaded in CMMS).
  • Support the coordination of the reviews and availability of critical spares and maintenance support services to ensures the seamless execution of all statutory, preventative, and critical corrective maintenance activities for Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, and HVAC related equipment
  • Support the development and updating of the maintenance reference plan for all Non-Plant critical assets to assure medium- and long-term maintenance strategy are in place as a FF50 maintenance initiatives

Job Requirements

  • B.Eng. / B.Sc. Degree or equivalent in appropriate related Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or reliability).
  • 5 years post-graduation experience, 3 years of which should have been in maintenance.
  • Ability to use autoCad will be an added advantage
