As a social company, we are motivated to give sustainable solutions to the menstrual problems faced by rural and low income girls/women in Africa. We are producers of washable and reuseable sanitary pads and diapers.

Job Description

- As an integral member of the Executive Management Team, the ideal candidate will be an accomplished and highly skilled leadership professional.
- Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, your primary objective will be to provide leadership, direction, and resource stewardship to the organizations’ sales function.
- As the company’s most senior sales leader, the GM Sales is accountable for overall sales performance, the profitable achievement of sales goals, enhancing the company’s image and for aligning sales objectives with company’s business strategy.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate substantial experience in providing high level strategic and operational leadership. Additionally, you will possess the following:
- Proven 5 years experience as a General Sales manager or similar executive role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Good knowledge of different business functions and processes.
- Experience in staff development and value-based leadership Strong commercial business acumen with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Candidate must be willing to stay in Minna, Niger state.
