Pad-Up Creations is the leading producer of washable and reusable sanitary pads in Africa. As a social company, we are motivated to give sustainable solutions to the menstrual problems faced by rural and low income girls/women in Africa. We are producers of washable and reuseable sanitary pads and diapers.

Job Description

  • As an integral member of the Executive Management Team, the ideal candidate will be an accomplished and highly skilled leadership professional.
  • Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, your primary objective will be to provide leadership, direction, and resource stewardship to the organizations’ sales function.
  • As the company’s most senior sales leader, the GM Operation is accountable for day-day running of the organization, the profitable achievement of sales goals, enhancing the company’s image and for aligning sales objectives with company’s business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • This position shall among other things be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, controlling, and supervising the overall activities of the company in an integrated and efficient manner.
  • Administering company policies and programs to achieve her objectives and maintain operating efficiency.
  • Allocating budget and sets strategic plans to achieve a company’s growth through a steady stream of profit and loss management.
  • Maintains and ensures overall delivery and quality of the unit’s offerings to customers and quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Ensure employees are motivated and productive and also the company’s goals are met
  • Improving administration process
  • Formulating policies to ensure company growth
  • Supervision of management team and oversight of all management functions
  • Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
  • Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate substantial experience in providing high level strategic and operational leadership. Additionally, you will possess the following:

  • Proven progressive experience of General Manager for 5 years.
  • Has substantial experience in business administration.
  • Strong planning and organization skills and ability to multi-task
  • Good oral. Written communication and critical thinking skills
  • Innovative thinking and proactive work habits
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Candidate must be willing to stay in Minna, Niger state.
