Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Abule Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
  • The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with both our internal and external customers.

Job Description:
Customer Engagement:

  • Interact with internal and external customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, block makers, cement distributors, and end users.

Issue Resolution:

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure effective resolution and follow-up.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and updates to enhance customer interactions.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in customer service procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement changes that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Communication and Documentation:

  • Maintain clear and concise records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to share customer feedback and insights.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 3 – 4 years work experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.

Salary

N900,000 monthly.
