We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Copy Writer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Creating copy that is original, accurate, well researched and meets clients and company needs and deadlines
Write copy for a variety of media including social, print, video and online
Create compelling ad copy, landing pages and marketing campaigns
Define key messages and brand voice for external communications
Collaborate with designers and creative teams
Edit and proof work to ensure high standards are met across all content outputs
Brainstorming new and creative strategies to position the company’s brand and products for growth
Drive brand consistency across all company communications
See projects through the creative lifecycle, from inception to deployment
Stay current on trends and competitors within the editorial sphere

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a copywriter with proven success in producing copy for advertising or marketing campaigns.
Great Portfolio of work
Demonstrated writing and typing skills.
Creativity, resourcefulness, flexibility and motivation.
Experience with SEO concepts
Ability to multitask
Ability to understand the needs associated with a project and the target audience.
Proactive and receptive to feedback.
Willingness to meet deadlines.
Ability to work without supervision
