Job Title: Agronomist – AM

Position Description
- To plan and monitor all agronomic applications and research in order to ensure compliance with recommendations and methodology.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for all agronomic aspects of the plantation. Responsible for carrying out soil surveys to determine land suitability.
- Application of agronomic principles according to soil types and topography.
- Determination of a crop nutrition regime as determined by soil analysis with a view to the efficient use of fertilizers. Implementation of soil improvement policies through organic processes.
- Establishment of precision farming techniques to maximize yields through efficient use of resources.

Desired Qualification / Preferred Competencies
- B.Sc. in Agronomy / HND Agriculture with more than 15 years of experience.
