About Innovest Ignite
Innovest Ignite is a six-week remote accelerator program tailored for African-founded early-stage tech startups poised for rapid growth. We welcome startups from all industries and business models to apply. In collaboration with Techpoint Africa, our Innovest Ignite Lagos accelerator is designed to empower Nigerian startup founders by providing them with mentorship, global networks, and funding opportunities.
What We Offer:

- Access to a global network of founders, mentors, and investors.
- Seed funding of up to $20,000 for the top quartile of the cohort in exchange for 2% equity.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Based in and building for Nigeria as the primary market.

- Founders who value feedback, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Program Details:
- Applications close on February 14, 2024, at midnight (GMT+1).
- The accelerator program is fully virtual and begins one week after the application deadline.
- Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so early submission is encouraged.
- The program includes facilitator-led sessions, mentoring, workshops, investor prep, and panel discussions.
- The program concludes with a physical Demo Day event in Lagos, Nigeria, where founders pitch to investors.
