About Halcyon Africa Climate Fellowship
The Africa Climate Fellowship, supported by Amazon Web Services and the U.S. State Department, unites founders from Sub-Saharan Africa to address climate challenges. Ventures receive expert training, resources, and residencies in Washington, DC, and Nairobi, Kenya.
Program Structure:
- Cohort of up to 10 ventures
- Training in product-market fit, investment readiness, and leadership
- Virtual kickoff meeting, residencies, and monthly virtual sessions
Eligibility:
- For-profit startups in Sub-Saharan Africa
- Must have a Minimum Viable Product
- Fluent in English, at least 21 years old
- Developing a product contributing to UN’s Sustainable Development Goals
