Empowering Non-Profit Leaders: The Gratitude Network Fellowship Program
The Gratitude Network Fellowship Program offers a transformative 1-year journey for non-profit leaders and their organizations worldwide. Through this free program, leaders gain the confidence, skills, and resources needed to expand their organization’s impact and create lasting change.
Program Overview: Gratitude Fellows experience a significant boost in leadership confidence and effectiveness, leading to more aligned teams and strategic plans for organizational growth. Ultimately, this results in increased impact on the lives of children and youth served by their organizations.
Selection Process: Every year, the Gratitude Network conducts a global search for exceptional social impact leaders running non-profit organizations dedicated to serving children and youth. From over 1,000 applicants, approximately 30 fellows are selected to participate in the program.
Eligibility Criteria:
For Organizations:
- Legally registered non-profit, charity, or NGO organization.
- Operational for at least two years.
- Must have a minimum of two full-time employees, including the applicant.
- Primarily serves children and youth in Education, Health and Well-being, or Children’s Rights.
- Ready to scale and expand organizational impact.
For Applicants/Leaders:
- Holds strategic decision-making authority within the organization.
- Devotes full-time commitment to the organization.
- Eager to lead organizational scaling and impact expansion.
- Willing to adhere to the time commitments and schedule of the Fellowship Program.
