Noks & Bricks Consults is a registered, licensed, and accredited private real estate firm that was established to address the issue of people struggling in the real estate market as a result of poor experiences with either developer giving money to developers and not getting value in return, the developers failing to deliver the project by the deadline, or the developers failing to deliver the same project with the same quality that they promised to deliver.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Business Development

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Job Brief

  • To assist us in growing our clients, we are looking for a driven and ambitious business development manager.
  • As the company’s face, you will be committed to developing and implementing an efficient sales plan.
  • By increasing revenue and building solid client connections, the objective is to promote long-term financial growth.

Responsibilities

  • Create a growth strategy that prioritises customer satisfaction as well as financial gain.
  • Identify new markets and consumer requirements through study.
  • Set up appointments with potential clients for business.
  • Prepare sales contracts, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Consult with stakeholders and discuss contract terms with clients.
  • Train new hires to become effective salesmen. Work with the MD to build a community of freelancing salesmen.
  • Define and monitor annual goals/targets and objectives.
  • Create and put into action a strategy for new services.

Necessary Skills and Background

  • BSc / BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a relevant role
  • Minimum of 3 years of Business Development/ Sales experience, ideally with relevant experience in the real estate sector
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Strong abilities in managing client relationships
  • Outstanding negotiating abilities.

Salary

  • N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
  • Commission: 2% on every sale (up to 3% on bulk sales).
