We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Branch Head, Asset Creation (B2C)

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Branch Heads (B2C) will be responsible for driving and optimizing sales within the branch, consistently following up with team leads, team members and customers to maintain relationship and generate sales to meet set target.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day Consumer Credit team operations.
  • Strategically devise means to help self and team leads to generate and maintain quality sales contacts
  • Work with team leads to build and maintain team staff requirement
  • Work with Team leads to build, develop and grow team members in branch for optimum performance
  • Constantly liaise, coach mentor and motivate team leads/ members for optimal lead generations and conversion.
  • Responsible for monitoring and ensuring team leads meet set targets
  • Report all sales activities to National Channel Manager and work with him/her to optimize sales processes
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on key growth indicators for products, people, and process optimization.
  • Generate and contribute via market analysis and customer perception of new products.
  • Establish and maintain good customer base
  • Motivate, train and maintain healthy and effective teams within the branch
  • Identify, develop, and implement process change towards improving customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.
  • Any other task as assigned by line manager or Management.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree qualification with at least 10 years work experience.
