Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description

  • We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for Improving overall customer satisfaction by providing support, resolving customer complaints, and leaving a positive and top-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly respond to customer queries via email and social media channels.
  • Resolving customer complaints, and suggesting solutions for common problems
  • Immediately escalate serious complaints or issues that you are not equipped to deal with.
  • Liaise with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers’ issues.
  • Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction levels
  • Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.
  • Familiarize yourself with new products and services as they are introduced.
  • Preparing documents and reports, to update the customer database
  • Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues
  • Communicating with customers in-person, through email or chat, over the phone, or on social media
  • Receiving orders, calculating charges, and processing payments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field may be advantageous.
  • 2 years of cognate experience in customer service
  • Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • The flexibility to work irregular hours, when required.
  • Practical experience with help desk software, such as Zendesk, and CRM software, such as salesforce sales cloud, may be required.
  • The ability to respond appropriately under pressure.

Salary

N70,000 – N100,000 monthly.
