We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Compliance Officer (Legal)

Location: Gudu, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Employees adhere to Internal Procedures and Policies.
  • Regular Compliance checks to evaluate the level of Compliance with relevant Regulatory bodies.
  • Drafting of Letters and Legal Correspondences.
  • Negotiations with Consultants, Contractors, sub-contractors and other persons.
  • Registration, filling and Verification at relevant Authorities.
  • Participated in high-profile client interview
  • Preparation of Legal documents such as legal correspondence
  • Preparation of contracts and agreements
  • Conducting legal research
  • Documentation of meetings.
  • Liaise with Departments in identifying Legal Risks and proffer Solutions.
  • Ensure that the affairs of the company are managed in accordance with its Object.
  • Monitoring changes in relevant Legislation.
  • Taking and Preparation of Minutes.
  • Preparation and Review of Contracts & Agreements.
  • Proper filing of electronic and hard-copy documents
  • Monitoring changes in relevant Legislation.
  • Regulatory Engagements
  • Preparation of Legal documents such as legal correspondence
  • Preparation of contracts and agreements
  • Client representation in civil and criminal proceedings.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 4-11 years experience.

Salary

N100,000 – N120,000 / Month.
