Premier Feed Mills Company Limited a subsidiary of Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc. is the leading Animal Feed Brand in Nigeria and largest producer of Aqua Feed in Sub-Sahara Africa. We are consistently supplying top quality Poultry and Aqua feed under the brand name “TOPFEEDS” to Nigerian farmers. Also, ensuring that these animals are provided with the required nutrition for healthy growth and value for investment to the farmer.

We operate a fully automated feed factory with a 300,000 ton per year animal feed mill in Ibadan, Oyo State while our Eastern Premier Feed Mills (EPFM) in Calabar has a total installed capacity of 370,000 metric tons per annum with a capability to produce and bag three different types of feeds simultaneously.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Spare Parts Clerk

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Purpose of the Job

  • Responsible for Daily operation of  with the Engineering Spare Part Store with the Spare Parts Store Supervisor and to ensure receipt and issue of spares with safe storage of inventory without stock loss.

The Job

  • Analyze and resolve all parts issues and monitor all requests for same from all branch locations.
  • Administer and maintain stock of all parts and tools and evaluate all work order, maintain information on all ledger codes.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the parts room at all times and recommend ways to improve efficiency reducing downtime and providing optimal level of customer services.
  • Manage all immediate repairs and place orders for all parts and monitor all requests for heavy equipment parts and maintain physical inventory for same.
  • Prepare schedule for preventative maintenance to customers and warmly relate with customers and vendors on telephone.
  • Maintain inventory of all stock delivered items and prepare appropriate purchase orders as per requirement and remove all obsolete supplies from inventory.
  • Collate receipt of engineering spares with right quantity and quality through Microsoft Dynamics and ensure the  Goods Received Note (GRN) is processed.

Qualifications

  • 5 O’ Level Credits including English and Mathematics in not more than two sittings.
  • NABTEB, Trade Test.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in spare parts store activities.
  • Experience in Food, Feed or FMCG Industry
