Job Description
- Opay a fintech company is currently recruiting for Customer Service Representative
- The ideal candidate should love talking to people and proactively solving issues.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
- Must be a Graduate and must have completed NYSC
- 2- 3 years’ of relevant work experience
- Must have banking or Fintech space (kudi, kuda, monie point,) and other mobile money operators
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
Salary
N60,000 – N70,000 / month.
