Job Description
- The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for driving the strategies, programs and projects of the organization to achieve its overall goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- First Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or other related disciples from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 15 years relevant work experience with at least 5 years in a senior management position.
- MSc or MBA is an added advantage.
- Appreciable knowledge and understanding of the real estate and property development sector.
- Strong leadership, supervisory, coaching, mentoring and people management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport across various stakeholders and effectively communicate and interact with top-level management.
- Resilient and focused go-getter with exposure to best practices.
- Strategic thinker with a high level of commercial acumen.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Skills and Capabilities:
- Oversee and execute the organisation’s business strategies to attain the goals and objectives of the organisation.
- Monitor and stay abreast of industry, national and global developments, trends, and events to ensure the organisation is able to maintain and enhance its competitive positioning and advantage.
- Collaborate with the Board to define and articulate the company’s vision and champion the articulation of strategies and plans for achieving it.
- Develop strategic plans (short, medium-to-long-term) for the organisation.
- Lead the Management team in accordance with the organisations’ vision, strategy & value.
- Oversee the company’s operations, people, financial performance, investments, and other business ventures.
