Job Briefing

  • We are seeking to recruit a good Customer Service Executive (male / female), who is intelligent, innovative, self-motivated and goal oriented, will interact with patients, process orders and provide information about the company’s products and service.

Requirements

  • B.Sc in Social Sciences or any relevant field
  • Professional Certification in Customer Service and Relationship Mgt is a great advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Profiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Accounting skills and record keeping skill.
  • Result driven and passionate about client engagement, retention and brand management.
  • Must demonstrate high level of ownership and attentive to details.
  • Good client engagement and service delivery.
  • Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary.
  • Persistence to follow through on given tasks.

Salary

N45,000 – N55,000 Monthly.
