Job Description
- We are recruiting to fill the position of a Business Analyst/Customer engagement who will act as an intermediary between business, customer experience, and technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Work with external customers to ensure technology service delivery and issue resolution
- Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity
- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suites
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in the appropriate field of study
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Ability to work independently and with a team
