Job Description
- Manage office operations and processes
- Manage cooperative member records and contributions
- Develop letters, presentations and other documents
- Provide admin support during monthly accounts reconciliations, annual audits and annual general meetings
- Provide personal assistance to the Managing Partner.
- Manage correspondences and enquiries
- Manage official documentation
- Book meetings and manage office diary
