Main Responsibilities
- Portfolio development
- Performance Monitoring and Support
- Move and Sustain the bank as an all-inclusive partner
- Report and Reporting
- Market Penetration Support on Loan Products
- Propose innovative ideas to improve bank’s performance in line with the institution’s mission and strategy.
- Keep regular contact with partners and clients, as well as third party partners to stay in touch with the reality of the field and propose adequate and relevant solution.
KPIs
- Penetration rate per products
- Number of products per client
- Number of sales per Retail Staff
- Volume of inflow (Savings)
- Financial services fees and income.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
- Must possess minimum of eight (8) years work experience in sales or retailing with minimum of three (3) years in a sales managerial role.
