Applied Engineering Technology Initiative (AETI) is a long-established multi-disciplinary management consulting/training firm, with a track record of creative product and Services development. We are desirous of attracting self-managed professionals, with a strong flair for business development and/or execution of diverse consulting management and financial projects.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Main Duties
- The candidate for this position will assist in co-coordinating activities of the firm
- Scheduling appointments, and organizing company records.
- Managing office stock
- Preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets)
- Assist in other activities as may be required.
Requirements
- Must be a University graduate, preferably at the post-graduate level, with the appropriate professional qualification.
- Must have nothing less than five years of experience in a well-structured management/training consulting practice with multi-disciplinary skills that will be required to carry out their duties.
Key competencies:
- Business development
- Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures
- Controlling correspondence, designing filing systems
- Reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and
- Assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
