We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative & Operations Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • We are looking to hire an experienced candidate to handle operational and administrative roles for immediate employment.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to manage a grwoing team and set up structures required for scaling in a growing business venture.

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Manage daily business administration
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Formulate business development and customer acquisition strategies
  • Setup meetings, handle customer onboarding and capacity building/training.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Purchasing supplies, office equipment’s etc for staff.
  • Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information.
  • Resolves cutomer problems quickly, efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain and update company databases
